Coping With Loss Support Series

March 15 - May 3
12 PM

Our facilitator will share materials covering the whole gamut of issues that may arise while grieving the loss of a loved one. Each week, worksheets will be presented to evoke your thoughts and feelings for sharing in an atmosphere of mutual understanding and support. A balance of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual themes raise awareness and provide strategies for not only minimizing your risk of premature death but also maximizing the possibilities for personal growth.

Gaining support outside of your circle of friends and family can benefit everyone.

Turning toward your pain and distress is the way to survive, improve your resilience, and renew vision for carrying on with life. Choose life! Our facilitator, Andrew Fleming, MaPMin, has 35 years’ experience in attending to personal needs and conducting community service programs, including Depression Recovery, Overcoming Stress, Healthful Cooking, and Coping with Loss.

Past attendees have found comfort in the group’s stabilizing effect, greatly aiding at a time of major life disruption. Attending each week is recommended for maximum benefit.
